Hemp-derived cannabinoids, including D9 THC, are compounds that have been isolated from industrial hemp plants – those containing less than 0.3% THC by weight, as defined by the 2018 US Farm Bill. Indistinguishable from THC, hemp-derived D9 THC remains legal in most states.
